Service Description

Youth (ages 7+) 7 week Speed and Agility Training designed to improve balance, coordination, core/fast twitch muscles, strength, and explosiveness. It will be held outside in the open fields of Carriage Place Recreation Center. No class the weekend of the Feb 26th.
