Service Description

Youth (ages 7+) 8 week Speed and Agility Training designed to improve balance, coordination, core/fast twitch muscles, strength, and explosiveness. No Training on Easter Sunday. It will be held outside in the open fields of Linden McKinley STEM Academy.
