SPEED & STRENGTH SUMMER DAY CAMPS

Track & Field and Speed & Agility/Speed & Agility Summer Camps (Ages 10-17)
A fun, a self competitive environment that will expose your kids to speed training, form running, change of direction, agility training, strength training, plyometric training, conditioning and leadership training. for ages 10-17 years old.
