Service Description

Youth (ages 12+) 8 week Strength and Conditioning Training designed to provide each athlete strength training exercise to prevent injury and build muscle to support the load of an athletic season. We will work on strength, flexibility, power, and core. It will be held outside at Linden McKinley STEM Academy. No training on Easter Sunday.
